Mediterranean Diet Scrambled Eggs with Spinach, Tomato and Feta

Ingredients
  • 5 Eggs
  • 1 cup Baby Spinach
  • 1 cup Half Tomato Chopped/Dicced
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 3 tablespoon Feta Cheese
Directions
  • Heat oil in a frying pan on medium heat
  • Saute the tomatoes and spinach until the spinach is wilted.
  • Add the eggs and mix to scramble.
  • Add the feta cheese after 30 seconds.
  • Cook until Egg is done.
