Mediterranean Diet Scrambled Eggs with Spinach, Tomato and Feta

Ingredients
- 5 Eggs
- 1 cup Baby Spinach
- 1 cup Half Tomato Chopped/Dicced
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 3 tablespoon Feta Cheese
Directions
- Heat oil in a frying pan on medium heat
- Saute the tomatoes and spinach until the spinach is wilted.
- Add the eggs and mix to scramble.
- Add the feta cheese after 30 seconds.
- Cook until Egg is done.
