Made this one day when only had egg noodles for pasta and didn’t want to make tacos with turkey

Ingredients
- 3 cup Egg noodles
- 1 pound Turkey (ground)
- 1 Chopped onion
- 1 Can of tomato sauce (15 oz)
- 1 cup Milk (actually 1/2)
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 4 ounce Cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon Minced parsley
- 1 Garlic clove
- 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese (+ 1/4 cup)
Directions
- Preheat oven 375 degrees, grease 8 inch square pan
- Cook egg noodles normally and drain
- Heat large skillet medium-high, stir in turkey and onion with a touch of olive oil
- Stir turkey mixture until crumbly and without pink, then drain
- Add tomato sauce and Italian seasoning to turkey mixture, then reduce heat to low
- Combine milk, cream cheese, parsley, and garlic in small saucepan. Cook over medium high heat until cream cheese is melted
- Mix noodles with cream cheese mixture
- Transfer pasta to baking dish, top with turkey mixture, sprinkle mozzarella on top
- Bake until cheese is melted (15-20 min)
