Made this one day when only had egg noodles for pasta and didn’t want to make tacos with turkey

Ingredients
  • 3 cup Egg noodles
  • 1 pound Turkey (ground)
  • 1 Chopped onion
  • 1 Can of tomato sauce (15 oz)
  • 1 cup Milk (actually 1/2)
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 4 ounce Cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Minced parsley
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese (+ 1/4 cup)
Directions
  • Preheat oven 375 degrees, grease 8 inch square pan
  • Cook egg noodles normally and drain
  • Heat large skillet medium-high, stir in turkey and onion with a touch of olive oil
  • Stir turkey mixture until crumbly and without pink, then drain
  • Add tomato sauce and Italian seasoning to turkey mixture, then reduce heat to low
  • Combine milk, cream cheese, parsley, and garlic in small saucepan. Cook over medium high heat until cream cheese is melted
  • Mix noodles with cream cheese mixture
  • Transfer pasta to baking dish, top with turkey mixture, sprinkle mozzarella on top
  • Bake until cheese is melted (15-20 min)
