Grilled pork chops marinaded in Soy sauce and honey.

- 5 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 3 tablespoon Honey
- 5 tablespoon Water
- 4 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
- 3 tablespoon Lemon pepper seasoning
- 1 tablespoon Minced Garlic
- 4 Large Pork chops
Directions
- Mix All ingredients in Large Bowl. Add Pork chops and make sure pork is covered.
- Place in refrigerator for at least 2 hours
- Grill on Medium heat until internal temp is 150.
- Serve fairly quickly so chops don't get hard.

- 1 Beef bottom round sirloin roast
- 2 Garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tablespoon Honey mustard (or dijon)
- 2 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Dried parsley flakes
- 1 tablespoon Dried basil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Ground pepper
- 1 teaspoon Dried tarragon
- 1 teaspoon Dried thyme
- 1 cup All purpose flour (1/4 to 1/3 cup)
- 2 teaspoon Beef bouillon granules
- 2 cup Water ( + 1/3 cup) will be divided
Directions
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees
- Place roast fat-side-up on an ungreased roasting pan
- Combine garlic, mustard, lemon juice, olive oil and pour over roast
- Combine parsley, basil, salt, pepper, tarragon, and thyme; rub all over roast
- Bake for 1:45 to 2:15 hours, or until desired doneness (145-medium rare, 160-medium, 170-well done
- For gravy, pour drippings in a measuring cup. In a saucepan, combine flour, the beef bouillon, and 1 cup of water until smooth. Gradually stir in drippings, 2 tablespoons of reserves fat from beef, and remaining water. Bring to boil, then cook and stir 2 minutes or until thickened

Made this one day when only had egg noodles for pasta and didn’t want to make tacos with turkey

Ingredients
- 3 cup Egg noodles
- 1 pound Turkey (ground)
- 1 Chopped onion
- 1 Can of tomato sauce (15 oz)
- 1 cup Milk (actually 1/2)
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 4 ounce Cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon Minced parsley
- 1 Garlic clove
- 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese (+ 1/4 cup)
Directions
- Preheat oven 375 degrees, grease 8 inch square pan
- Cook egg noodles normally and drain
- Heat large skillet medium-high, stir in turkey and onion with a touch of olive oil
- Stir turkey mixture until crumbly and without pink, then drain
- Add tomato sauce and Italian seasoning to turkey mixture, then reduce heat to low
- Combine milk, cream cheese, parsley, and garlic in small saucepan. Cook over medium high heat until cream cheese is melted
- Mix noodles with cream cheese mixture
- Transfer pasta to baking dish, top with turkey mixture, sprinkle mozzarella on top
- Bake until cheese is melted (15-20 min)
