Ingredients
- 6 Eggs
- 2 tablespoon Butter
- 1 tablespoon Cottage Cheese
- 1 dash Salt
- 1 dash Pepper
- 1 dash Chives
Directions
- Crack Eggs into large mixing bowl with Cottage cheese. Break Eggs but don't scramble.
- In large cold pan, place butter and egg mixture.
- Turn on heat to medium and stir.
- Stir frequently until eggs are just finish being liquid and then remove from heat.
- Stir in salt and pepper.
- Serve topped with chopped chives.
