Ingredients
  • 6 Eggs
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 tablespoon Cottage Cheese
  • 1 dash Salt
  • 1 dash Pepper
  • 1 dash Chives
Directions
  • Crack Eggs into large mixing bowl with Cottage cheese. Break Eggs but don't scramble.
  • In large cold pan, place butter and egg mixture.
  • Turn on heat to medium and stir.
  • Stir frequently until eggs are just finish being liquid and then remove from heat.
  • Stir in salt and pepper.
  • Serve topped with chopped chives.
