  • 1 Rotisserie Chicken Bones
  • 1 onion Peeled Quartered
  • 3 Chopped Carrots
  • 2 Stalks Celery
  • 3 sprig Thyme or Parsley
  • 4 Cloves Garlic Chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper or Peppercorn
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Salt
  • 2 Bay Leafs
  • 6 cup Water
Directions
  • Combine in Stock Pot and Bring to Boil
  • Turn down to simmer 3 hours
