- 1 onion Peeled Quartered
- 3 Chopped Carrots
- 2 Stalks Celery
- 3 sprig Thyme or Parsley
- 4 Cloves Garlic Chopped
- 1 teaspoon Pepper or Peppercorn
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Salt
- 2 Bay Leafs
- 6 cup Water
Directions
- Combine in Stock Pot and Bring to Boil
- Turn down to simmer 3 hours
