Grilled pork chops marinaded in Soy sauce and honey.

Ingredients
  • 5 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 3 tablespoon Honey
  • 5 tablespoon Water
  • 4 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 3 tablespoon Lemon pepper seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon Minced Garlic
  • 4 Large Pork chops
Directions
  • Mix All ingredients in Large Bowl. Add Pork chops and make sure pork is covered.
  • Place in refrigerator for at least 2 hours
  • Grill on Medium heat until internal temp is 150.
  • Serve fairly quickly so chops don't get hard.

Skinless and boneless chicken breast cooked on the grill.

Ingredients
  • 5 Skinless and boneless chicken breast
  • 5 tablespoon Montreal chicken spice
  • 1 handful Rosemary
Directions
  • Pound thawed chicken in bag to make each breast even thickness.
  • Cover each piece with spices
  • Place in refrigerator I bag with rosemary for at least two hours
  • Cook on oiled grill over medium / high heat flipping minimally until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees
